The Arctic Leadership Challenge is for Senior Managers, Directors and CEOs.

Here is a unique opportunity to experience the challenges explorers have to overcome to achieve their goals and use those experiences to enhance your business leadership skills to build better relationships in all aspects of the business environment to have ‘the edge’ on the competition.

High up in Europe’s last wilderness British Adventurer Rona Cant, and Norwegian ex-Special Forces Per Thore Hansen, the leader of The Nordkapp Expedition, have teamed up again to provide you with this unique opportunity to take on the challenge of dog-sledding in the Arctic Circle.

This Challenge is a package made up of asymmetrical tests for the participants, a week long expedition, feedback and debriefing, a month later there is another debrief on profiles and report followed by a presentation to enable the whole organisation to achieve the company goals.
