Challenge yourself to a new perception and keep track of what Rona is doing now:

Global Challenge 2004
Team Stelmar - 1st across the Start line!
Adventurer
Rona has taken on 'the challenge of a lifetime' at an age when most people are thinking of slowing down. She is now an adventurer and inspirational communicator and her very diverse adventures enable her to work with organisations across the world empowering their staff to have the right attitude to achieve their goals.
Rona got out of her comfort zone and pushed herself to the limits to succeed on these expeditions. The lessons she learnt through her experiences of winning, losing, being injured but never giving up qualifies her to share these principles of leadership and teamwork to show others how they too can achieve their goals.
BT Global Challenge Round the World Yacht Race - An ambition to travel led Rona, a novice sailor, to take on the challenge of sailing the 'wrong way' round the world, an experience which she has used as a fascinating foundation on which to build a successful career helping others to steer the right course.
West Coast Trail - Rona took on one of the world's toughest trails two days after her successful circumnavigation where injury, bears and cougars made a demanding trek more treacherous
CancerResearchUK - a desire to raise money for charity again led Rona to take on the challenge of dog-sledding in the frozen wilderness of Lapland, she thought would be exciting and romantic. A white-out and temperatures of -30ºC plus an accident made her determined never to sled again! This was guided by Per Thore Hansen.
Round Britain & Ireland Race in Association with The Daily Telegraph - less than a month later Rona was crew on LogicaCMG the yacht which won the inaugural race using the same yachts in which they had sailed the 'wrong way' round the world.
The Nordkapp Expedition - Per Thore Hansen invited Rona to team up again when he led this expedition to open a dog-sled trail to the northernmost tip of Europe which was thought to be impossible.
Global Challenge 2004 - due to a crash on the BT Global Challenge which precluded Rona from racing from Wellington to Sydney she joined Team Stelmar in 2004 to find out what 'a quick dash across the Tasman Sea' was really like.
What next?
Rona organises two very different Arctic Leadership Challenges for Senior Managers Directors and CEOs where she takes them high into the Arctic Circle with Per Thore Hansen to have their own real-life adventures whilst developing their leadership and teamwork skills. She now concentrates on helping corporations steer the right course whilst working out what will be the next adventure.
